The countdown is on to the 137th KV Show. Work is well underway and the committee members have been busy planning for what will be another successful event for our community and visitors alike. With a wide range of entertainment and activities, some old and some new, it’s sure to be fun for young and young at heart to enjoy. Come to the Show and enjoy much-loved traditional attractions plus some exciting new things to explore. Again, you will find events and features that you have come to love, including woodchopping, beef and dairy cattle, poultry, horses, the art, craft and produce pavilion, photography, working cattle dogs, camel rides, tent talks, cheese and wine evening, skills and novelty events for all, dog agility events, and of course the dog high jump, Side Show Alley, Grand Parade, plus the big finale – Saturday night’s rodeo.

There are many new exciting events to look forward to, to enjoy and get involved with, including:

  • First Nations workshops

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is the heart blood of the Kangaroo Valley A&H Show. The Show depends on our very generous sponsors to help provide the community with an agricultural contest of excellence accompanied by fun for all. Sponsorship pays for all the prizes and much of the day-to-day running of the Show.

We are in the process of following up our regular sponsors to hopefully get support for the 2024 show. While we have had a great response, we are still trying to contact people and confirm their sponsorship for 2024.  Please help us to make a great show for Kangaroo Valley. Contact Gail Trapp on dr.egtrapp@bigpond.com or 0403 336 488.

Volunteers

The 2024 Kangaroo Valley Show relies on the kind generosity of so many ‘locals’ to help run the Show and make it so successful. Around 100 volunteers are needed to run the Show so, if you are interested, please consider being part of the dynamic Volunteer Team. Our volunteers work across a broad sector of duties, putting up bunting and marquees, helping out at the bar, marshalling visitors, arranging displays, beavering away in the Show Office and much, much more. Register your interest in being part of the Volunteer Team and complete the form at: https://kangaroovalleyshow.org.au/volunteers.
