Christmas in the Valley

The Kangaroo Valley Chamber or Tourism and Commerce (KVCTC) would like to wish everyone a very merry silly season and prosperous new year.

Before the year closes the  Christmas Market will return to Kangaroo Valley on Friday 9 December from 5 till 8pm. We’ll have live entertainment, face painting, late night shopping, market stalls, and street food. But it wouldn’t be the Christmas Markets without a certain special visitor; of course, Santa will be there! And ready for pet-friendly Santa photos at the hall. Book your Santa photo session at visitkangaroovalley.com.au/christmas; all funds raised will go to the KV Primary School and Friends of the Brush-tailed Rock-wallaby.

KVCTC will be installing Christmas decorations right through the town from Nugents Creek to the pump track!. And it’s all thanks to a grant from the Shoalhaven City Council.

Christmas Bingo is back

What is Christmas Bingo? Shop local at the locations on the ‘12 Days of Christmas Bingo Card’. From 9 December make a purchase over $20 from a local KV retailer or service and mark them off your bingo card. Once you have a ‘BINGO’ (a full straight row on the card, no diagonal lines), send a photo of your bingo card via the entry form at visitkangaroovalley.com.au/entry or post it to PO Box 6218, Kangaroo Valley NSW 2577. Every ‘BINGO’ you submit will be entered in the draw to win the ‘12 Days of Christmas Prize’. Entries open at 9am on 9 December and close at 5pm on 22 December. Purchases must be made between 9 and 22 December to be valid. The winner will be drawn at 3pm on Friday 23 December and notified by email or phone. For any questions, please email contact@visitkangaroovalley.com.au
