Historical update

After receiving a grant from Museums and Galleries of NSW, the Historical Society is currently replacing older signage with newly printed signage, mostly for the Agricultural Sheds and equipment. The signs have been well designed and printed by John Hills Signs.

The first sign was put in place mid July by Garth Chittick (President) and Peter Dumbrell (Treasurer). The sign describes how corrugated iron was formed into a curved or round shape for water tanks .The old photo was taken in the Moorhouse workshop in Nowra in 1938.
