Worst road in the Valley competition

We launched the KVCCB Worst Road in the Valley Competition on 1 March 2022. The idea was that we would be able to collect data to write a report to Council on areas that needed the most attention. The very next day, the heavens opened and we were inundated with heavy rainfall and the damage that we experienced was unprecedented. As we have all experienced, there is a huge number of roads that now qualify! Shoalhaven City Council will be working hard over the coming months (and years?) to get the damage repaired.

As far as the competition is concerned, we had six entries over a range of areas. After careful consideration, the winning entry was announced as Mark Moore’s submission of Glenmurray Road. Mark nominated Valley Vintage as the source of his prize and he has been presented with a $100 voucher. Congratulations Mark.
