What are you making at home for the KV Show?

With the Kangaroo Valley Show being held on 17 and 18 February 2023, it is time to plan your entries for the Cheese and Dairy Section.

While some products like yoghurt, feta or Brie can be made within days or weeks of the Show, others require more planning.

Any cheeses that require about three months of ageing can be made now – try a Red Leicester-style or Smoked Caerphilly, a Gouda or Washed Rind.

All of your delicious products will be tasted by our fabulous cheese judge – and the judging is open to the public, with individual feedback provided for every entry submitted.

Stay tuned for more details about what to expect in 2023.
