Timetable and further information can be found in the bus timetable (PDF, 126Kb) . This is a free service.Slope stability restoration work started on Monday 11 April, with three main areas of safety concern identified. Transport and a specialist slope stability contractor will work together on the identified sites prioritising safe access for local community up the mountain pass. This is a complex process and requires further extensive investigation and preparation. With more predicted wet weather in the coming weeks impacting current work and time frames, Transport will continue its planning for improved transport options for the local community maintaining safety for our customers and workers as a top priority. Transport expects it will take up to six months to restore access at Barrengarry Mountain. This may change as further assessments are carried out.We are working as quickly as possible to reduce impacts on the community and appreciate your continued support as we work to restore safe access through this area.We will continue to keep you updated as this work progresses.
