Cedarvale set to revive as founding managers return
1 Dec 10
Adrian Dorman and his wife Michealle established Cedarvale as a lifestyle centre in 1991 with a vision to help people return to health.
Starting with ‘stop smoking’ programs, popularity grew and services extended to weight, stress and immune booster programs and attracted many clients suffering lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension and obesity.
Cedarvale grew and prospered and drew many visitors to the Kangaroo Valley region.
14 years on, the Dormans were inspired to help establish a similar lifestyle centre in Zambia, Africa, in 2005 to help curb the pandemic rise in diabetes and western lifestyle diseases.
They went on to work in a well respected lifestyle centre in California, USA.
With their vast and growing experience, they are looking forward to the challenge of reviving Cedarvale and drawing more visitors to the valley. “In desiring to contribute to our community, we are also offering significantly reduced rates to Valley residents for our natural therapies” Adrian said.
In the three months since returning, the lodge is already in the process of refurbishment, ready for its 20th year anniversary Open Day on 12 December 2010.
Come for a tour between 1-3pm that day and get free seated massage and finger food.
