Australia Day at The Friendly Inn

An Australia Day gala was put on by the proprietors of the Friendly Inn with the dual purpose of having a good time celebration and to raise funds for donation to the Queensland Flood Appeal where help is really needed.
The rising tempertures through the day did mean that some of the activities were shortened (running races for one) but the Friendly Inn once more took it’s place in the Valley as an important centre of acivity and hospitality.
