Kangaroo Valley Show is proudly brought to you by the Kangaroo Valley Agricultural & Horticultural Society Inc. The society comprises a dedicated and hard working group of locals striving to present to the public the best Kangaroo Valley and surround has to offer.

PAVILION SECTIONS

All exhibits must be delivered to Stewards at Stands in the Pavilion before 9.15 a.m. on
Friday, 19th February, 2010.
Definitely no entries accepted after 9.15 a.m. Friday, 19th February, 2010.
Late entries will only be received at the discretion of the Chief Steward.
Entry Fees: Members Nil, Non Members $1 per entry.
Pavilion will be open for receival of exhibits on afternoon and evening preceding Show. On
Friday the Pavilion will be open from end of judging until 8 p.m. and on Saturday, until 5 p.m.
Exhibits cannot be removed until 5.30 p.m. on second day of Show, and then under
supervision of Stewards.
Exhibitors are requested to display exhibits in suitable containers where necessary.
Please assist Secretary by making entries early.
Every article shown must have been made or grown by Exhibitor or member of household.
No exhibit will be received unless ticket is attached.
All Stewards and Stewardesses are requested to present themselves at the Pavilion at 8.30
a.m. sharp on Friday and 5.00 p.m. on Saturday.
SALE OF EXHIBITS: Any Exhibit in Sections 12 (Handicraft) and 14 (Art) may be offered for
sale, by clearly indicating your intention on the entry form. Exhibits for sale will be identified
by a Coloured Sticker. This Association will charge 10% commission.
Unless prior arrangements are made, any perishable exhibit which is not collected by noon
Sunday will be disposed of.
All exhibits in Pavilion MUST be collected on Saturday between 5.30 - 6.30p.m. or Sunday
10.30 a.m. - 12 Noon.
Pumpkins: The Judge has advised that pumpkins will not be cut for judging.
