The Shoalhaven Food & Wine is being held on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th January 2011 at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre from 9am to 5pm.
It is a two day extravaganza of the very best gourmet food, regional produce, award winning wines, beer and local restaurants and producers serving delicious hot food dishes. Celebrity Chef "Fast Ed" Halmagyi will be conducting live cooking demonstrations and there will be live entertainment, music and major prize giveaways. With over 75 exhibitors in one fully air conditioned venue, make sure you come along and try, buy and enjoy the very best food and wine the Shoalhaven has to offer.
