Children’s Medical Research Kangaroo Valley Branch will be hosting their annual Melbourne Cup Luncheon at the Bowling Club on Tuesday 2nd November.
You are all invited to come along and enjoy good company, good food, and great fashions from the locals and of course the RACE.
There will be 10 tables of 10 guests
So when you book please mention if you are wishing to be seated with a particular group.
Cost is $30 per person for a two course luncheon, champagne on arrival and tea and coffee while you watch the race.
Early bookings are encouraged as the Club has a ‘comfortable ‘limit for seating.
Guests may arrive at 11.30am for a 12noon start to the day.
$1, $2 and $5 Sweeps will be available, and a runner to the TAB at the Friendly Inn will be organized.
Also there will be a Raffle with many, many prizes, a lucky door prize and awards for ‘best dressed’ and ‘best hats’.
When booking, please mention if you have a particular dietary situation so we can ensure all our guests are catered for in the menu.
