ANZAC Day 2011 in the Valley

The march will commence from Osborne Park Showground at 10 am and proceed to the War Memorial in the centre of the Village for the Service, from 10 am-11 am.
The road will be closed either end of the Valley from 9.50 am -11.10 am.
Family members of ex-servicemen who wish to march in the parade should arrive at the Showground at 9.30 am, where the CWA will be serving a ‘cuppa and Anzac biscuit’ to participants.
Anyone wishing to lay wreaths should register these with the attendants at the Memorial from 9.00 am - 9.30 am.
They will be listed and called in order of their placement adjacent to the Memorial.
If possible with the weather restrictions a flyover by the RAAF has been arranged.
Osborne Park will be the venue for the post-Service family activities.
Drinks and ice creams for the children are provided courtesy of the Bowling Club, the Lions Club serve up a delicious Sausage Sizzle, the CWA offer tea and biscuits and the Awards for the competitions will be presented to the school children.
